Note:
- All Aviatek full systems and software are designed exclusively for use with X-Plane. MSFS compatibility is possible but not covered by the maintenance plan.
- This is a subscription that will auto-renew until cancelled by the customer.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do I have to subscribe to a maintenance plan?
No. Your Aviatek system will continue to operate based on the current software version.
However, you will not receive updates, fixes, or technical support without an active maintenance plan.
Why is full system maintenance for the C510 more expensive than the DA42?
The C510 Trainer is a larger, more complex system requiring more extensive support and maintenance.
Are Aviatek simulators compatible with MSFS?
- Aviatek G1000 hardware is compatible with both MSFS and X-Plane.
- The Aviatek G1000 NXi Software is designed exclusively for use with X-Plane.
- Our systems such as the DA42 and C510 are officially supported with X-Plane. While it is technically possible to modify a DA42 or C510 system to work with MSFS through additional custom work, Aviatek does not provide warranty coverage or official technical support for systems modified to run with MSFS. We officially support the DA42 and C510 systems with X-Plane only.
What happens if I don't renew my maintenance?
You can continue using your simulator, but you will not receive any further updates, compatibility patches, or extended warranty coverage.
Will I be notified before my plan renews?
Yes. You will receive a reminder before your annual subscription renews, and you may cancel at any time before renewal.
